• Counselling on out-of-court solutions to civil and commercial disputes in all stages of the proceedings.
• Mediation in insolvency proceedings to avoid court action.
• Mediation work is conducted directly by the manager of Casajuana Abogados.
• The founding partner is able to act as Mediator in all three areas.
